Let’s face it, holidays are the days (or weeks) we prepare for the ENTIRE year. We diet, we fast…we do whatever it takes to burn off the extra pounds added during these “exception” days.

Year after year, we indulge, feel horrible yet don’t make any changes. Look, I get it. Drastic declarations are just hot air when patterns don’t budge.

Most of us would much rather reach for the low hanging fruit than get out of our comfort zone.

Fortunately, I’ve got a recipe to share that can serve both the sweet tooth and the health-minded.

It’s a recipe that I included in Dr. Alejandro Junger’s book, Clean 7. I was fortunate enough to contribute the recipes for this powerful one-week breakthrough detox program.

Here’s my recipe for the Black Forest Shake. This chocolatey shake gets its sweetness from black cherries and stevia. Nothing else. Check it out!
