As I was shutting down shop last night, I popped over to the site to check something, and noticed the date on my very first Announcing Eat Naked post… December 15, 2009. Wow. One whole year of Eating Naked.
And what a year it’s been!
- First book – Eat Naked: Unprocessed, Unpolluted, and Undressed Eating for a Healthier, Sexier You written, in design, and already available for pre-order on Amazon.comand Barnes & Noble;
- A great new community built around Eat Naked on Facebook and Twitter;
- Fabulous FoodFit workshops delivered in Portland;
- An incredible new addition to the Eat Naked team with Chef James Barry joining forces and adding his incredible cooking skills to the mix;
- And, of course, some great discussion here on the site.
I am honored, deeply grateful, and totally delighted to be doing this work, and I want to say an enormous THANK YOU to each and everyone of you who’s come here to check out a recipe, commented on a post, asked me a nutrition question, or in any way, shape, or form been a part of this movement to get people eating naked!
I think it is wonderful what you did the last 12 month! Great Job!
Thanks so much Flurina! 🙂 xo
Hey Margaret.
I’m truly enjoying your site and blog. It is interesting, relevant and fun to read. I have discovered your “further reading and sources” and am so pleased that you have it. I’m also pleased to say that I’ve read a few of those books already, but delighted that you have more suggestions.
You’re wonderful – just you…and all that you do, is a bonus!
xo

I think it was just over a year ago that we started to embark on this beautiful friendship – so funny to think that it corresponded with your first Eat Naked post! It seems like you’ve been doing it for so long, probably because it’s such a great fit for you! Congrats on the milestone, my friend. I look forward to cheering you on in the many, many years of success you’ll have with Eat Naked. It is such an inspiration to so many, and has become a cornerstone of my own philosophy about food and nutrition. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank YOU for your support and cheerleading! xox
