Do you do a twisty sport? You know, one where your feet are in one place and your twist your body up to hit that tennis ball, dart around someone in a basketball game, swing a golf club or a punch?
Lots of sports are twisty sports, and lots of warm ups completely miss this important piece. In today’s installment of Fitness Friday, Laura shows us a quick, dynamic warm up that’s great for golfers and any other twisty-sport doers.
Laura Coleman rocked my world a few years back when she helped me get to the root of all the knee and lower-back issues I’d had since my teens. In just a couple of sessions, Laura put me on a simple program of rehab exercises (unlike any I’d ever seen before) that brought my body back into alignment and actually fixed the problem that no physiotherapist, massage therapist, or chiropractor had ever been able to solve.
