Have you ever wondered if your body is actually making good use of the food you eat?
We spend all this money on the organic options, buying local, sourcing the perfect cut of grass fed beef. And then we spend all this time preparing the food so that it’s delicious and nutritious.
But then what? How do you know if you’re actually digesting and absorbing the nutrients from all this hard earned goodness?
It’s a great question, and I answer it in the video here:
If you aren’t absorbing your food, you’re flushing your food budget down the toilet. ~Margaret Floyd Barry

Great question! I am pretty sure I don’t absorb the nutrients very well. I eat very healthily but my digestion is compromised due to IBS. I believe that many of my symptoms like low energy, occasional brain fog, dry skin are related to malabsorption.
Hi Urszula, Thanks for sharing. IBS is something that can be dealt with by a Functional Nutritionist. Are you working with anyone? If not, feel free to reach out and we can provide you some referrals. Please don’t think you have to live with these symptoms. Get some support today!
